WHAT FILE SHOULD MY ARTWORK BE SAVED AS?
We can take any file here, but our preferred file types are Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator CS6 files. We can also use simple image files, such as jpg or png. Just be sure to send it to our email at stampauburn@gmail.com or upload it in our online custom order form!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take in store exchanges for up to 14 days within the original purchase date as long as the material is not damaged. All custom order transactions are final—we do not issue refunds unless there was a mistake on our end.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Custom Orders:
Cash, Credit, Check, PayPal
Retail Orders:
Cash (in-store only), Credit
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
Due to our wholesale providers' shipping times and the locations where there is available stock for your order, it generally takes a week or so to complete an order with a few dozen shirts. Orders needed any earlier require a rush charge to be applied to your order. Larger orders generally take longer because of labor.
CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
Yes! We charge 10% extra per day when given 5 days or less to work on an order. Do try to get in touch with us as soon possible to avoid these charges!
I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SHIRT, BUT NOTHING SOLID. CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN?
Of course! We have very skilled graphic designers who are capable of almost anything.
We do charge a $30 per hour fee for artwork if it is complicated.
SHOULD I USE DYE SUBLIMATION, SCREEN PRINTING, OR HEAT PRESSED VINYL?
It depends on your order. Heat pressed vinyl is good for small orders with very minimal colors and simplistic art. Screen printing is for the bulkier orders with a higher capability for detail. Our staff will help you find the best solution for your project!
WHAT BRANDS OF SHIRT DO YOU USE?
We use various shirt brands and styles for our prints! To name a few: Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Gildan, Tultex, and many more. If you have a specific brand or style you want, please let us know!
CAN I BRING MY OWN MATERIAL TO BE PRINTED ON?
Of course! We can print on virtually any material you bring to us, so it won’t hurt to ask if we can print on whatever you decide to bring in.
DO ONLINE PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS?
All prices on the website include shipping costs. All prices in the store are separate, and will have to have shipping calculated later if you order in person or over the phone.
CAN YOU PRINT ON A SLEEVE OR POCKET?
Yes! We are more than capable of printing virtually anywhere on a t-shirt.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SIZE I CAN HAVE PRINTED?
Our preferred maximum size is 12 1/2 inches wide by 13 inches tall.
We will absolutely work with you to ensure we provide your desired result while still meeting our printing capabilities!
